Active Password Changer is a tool whose main function is letting you change the administrator access password in Windows. It works in Windows XP (XP+SP2), 2008, 2003, Vista and 7.
Apart from changing the general password, Active Password Changer also lets you, from the administrator account, manage the other accounts of different users who use that PC, and also modify them or even establish and restrict the times when it can be used.
Active Password Changer lets you work with both FAT and FAT32 or NTFS systems.
